Happiness can be termed as a state of mind. But happiness is also defined as the pre-requisite state to which our mind could surrender. It may be defined as the state of being, by which we can form a relation with ourselves. If we could understand ourselves correctly as to what constitutes, or whichever situation constitutes our inner peace, that particular situation could lead to better enhancement of knowing our own shelf.
Happiness can also mean, finding solace in the little of things, like having a cup of tea or coffee after a hard day’s work, happiness can also mean, finding comfort in reading the few pages of the favorite book which we were postponing since many days, happiness can also mean the comfort which we share with our friends while talking about each other’s days. Happiness is definitely a state of our mind which is contagious, and which is the culmination of small moments and maybe sometimes, small emotions.
